3 samples  are offered with any purchase (except purchase including a Trial Set or Discovery Set). We don't send samples alone, and no more than the 3 offered in the purchase.

As long as you don't have a confirmation email, your order is not confirmed.
You can also finds the status of your order by logging into your account and selecting the 'My orders' section.

Your order can have one of the following status:
- Processing: it is being prepared by our team
- Complete: you should have received and email "Your order is on is way" with the tracking number and link. Your order has been prepared by our team and is ready on our side.

Once your order is confirmed, prepared an dispatched by our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

During high promotional season, the courrier can take more time to deliver, please be patient and if you see a problem, our team will try to help.

Sadly we cannot add or remove something from an order once it has been made.

If your order is still Processing you can try to cancel it, otherwise you have to follow our return policies.

If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse it may still be possible to cancel it and to issue a refund.

If your order has been processed by our warehouse we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it. In this case if you no longer wish to keep the articles you have ordered, you can return them by following our return policy.
